Brokers
First I would like to thank all of the agents and brokers that I have worked with throughout the years. You are invaluable professionals, and I recognize and support your tireless efforts for your clients and customers. I know by personal observation that you truly have a 24/7 career. – Delaine
Historically a real estate attorney is successful because of the regular referrals from agents and brokers. Certainly a past client will refer family, friends, and acquaintances to a good attorney, but in sheer numbers a solid relationship with a professional broker will result in a greater number of referrals, and better quality work by both of us.
It is my intent to maintain and build new solid attorney-broker relationships.
To uphold my end of a solid attorney-broker relationship, my business practices are:
To responds to you and our clients in a timely manner;
To lay out a path so our clients can see and anticipate the next step to closing;
To efficiently communicate and send documents to the client and you in each step;
To continue my quality closing services (currently 99.2% of my files close).
To support you in the pursuit of new client that we may share my contribution is:
To provide my seller’s net proceeds calculator as a tool to acquire new listings;
To offer continuing education credits in the areas of the law and technology.
To reach out and share marketing opportunities, materials, and links;
To provide you with referrals upon an existing solid attorney-broker relationship.
